All orders include free shipping to Canadian addresses, via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. If you want to have your NyCap sooner, you can choose Xpress Post service at the time of checkout. If you are ordering form the U.S., you will be responsible for taxes and duties which will be collected from you by USPS when you receive the package.

Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours or receiving the order.

If you do not want your NyCap you can return it within 30 days in unworn condition for a full refund. Let us know by emailing nycap@nycap.ca and we will tell you where to mail it. Please insure your shipment is traceable and insured. Please note that we will not be able to issue refunds for caps which have been worn.
